ABOUT ELISA

Meet your GUIDE

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how movement brings people together and changes what they believe is possible. If you need proof, ask my mom about the Jane Fonda workout VHS tapes I used to do, unprompted, at age seven.

That curiosity deepened years later when, as a shy teenager volunteering at the Senior Olympics, I watched 80-year-olds compete in volleyball with confidence, joy, and grit. It was the first time I saw aging not as decline, but as capability. That moment stayed with me.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of strength, movement, and human potential, helping people move smarter, feel stronger, and stay engaged with the activities that give their lives meaning. I’ve also seen how common the fear of age-related decline is, and how often people are told it is inevitable.

It’s not.

That’s why I created The Age Strong Project, a science-backed, integrative framework designed to help active adults stay strong, mobile, and injury-resilient as they age. The goal isn’t just fitness. It’s confidence, continuity, and connection.

Through The Age Strong Project, I empower people with the tools, education, and support to age on their own terms, so they can keep playing, exploring, and living fully.

Together, we are rewriting the narrative on aging.
